Thank you for supporting The Couture Crown & Welcome to our Customization Guide. We handmade most of our products and we are glad to be able to assist you if you have any customization needs that is more than what our ready items have to offer.

Below are all the products that we are able to customize:

1. Tailored Clothes
You can choose your fabrics and customize clothes such as harem pants, dress, shirt and etc. Customization sizes start from newborn to adult. This will be perfect if you enjoy designing clothes for your baby or your family for that special occasion.

2. Customize Beanie
We have a range of colours available with the flexibility of choosing your our own name and logo. Customization sizes start from newborn to adult. A perfect gift to warm not just the heart but the head as well.

3. Customize Blanket & Bedding (Ready Fabrics/Printed Fabrics)
It is time to cover up your little ones with unique prints that no one will have. Choose your own fabrics you would like and we will sew it with love, hoping to provide your baby with the sweetest dream.

4. Customize Crochet
For crochet, you can customize hat, photography sets, diaper, booties and etc.

5. Customize Printed T-Shirt
You can send us your choice of design with the font, sizing and color of t-shirt you would like to have.

6. Customize Alphabet Pillow

7. Customize Wall Stickers

Step to Order:

Step #1 – Email us your personal details

All these information is needed for us to issue invoice for you.

Step #2 – Indicate the product you would like to customize in details

For example:
I would like to order Long Harem Pants for 6-12 months in Fabric 45 X 1 quantity. Waist and the bottom to be in black fabrics.

Step #3 – Additional Information for us to note

A few example as below:

Date you need the product (Do note that customisation takes 2-3 weeks; if you require it to be faster, do request in email and we can advise you accordingly)
You are buying as a gift so you would like to add gift box
Writing personal message on a card

Step #4 – State your Mailing Preference

We have all these mailing methods provided. Let us know what you would like to have. We will advise the mailing cost accordingly to the items you purchase.

*Overseas mailing is an estimation and will be subjected to changes based on the weight, size and country.

Step #5 – Email Us

Send email to yeah@thecouturecrown.com with all the information from Step #1-4 and include any attachment required for the product you would like to customize.

Step #6 – The Couture Crown will respond to you within 1-3 working days

We will look through your order and finalize with you. If we can meet all your request, we will issue invoice for you to make payment.

Step #7 – Make Payment

Once you receive the invoice, please make full payment and send us a verification of your payment receipt in order for us to proceed your order.

Step #8 – Proceed your Order

The Couture Crown will proceed your order once payment received. Do note that it will take 2-3 weeks for all customization and will be subjected to any delay due to order on hand.

Step #9 – Mail out Your Order

Once your order is done, we will send you an image to inform you that we are mailing out your orders. Do ensure all details on the mailing label is correct.

We have a total of more than 40 fabrics for you to choose from, with a variety of materials which is suitable for different products. You can click this “Fabrics” Link to take a look at all our design.

We will update the fabric that is out of stock. However, there could be an error where the fabrics is on high demand and we are unable to update in time. Feel free to write in to us if you have any queries.

For blanket and bedding fabric, please click “Fabrics (Bedding)” to look at the options available.

Please refer to “Measurements” for more information regarding our sizing.

If you have specific measurement, please indicate the details for us in the email.

Payment Details

Cheque is only applicable for orders above $1000.

All goods remain the property of The Couture Crown until we receive the payment in full amount. Do note that if payment is not made, The Couture Crown will not be held responsible for any of your ordered goods that ran out of stock. For example, no more fabrics left to make your tailored clothes.

Shipping Information

We offer SingPost (Registered Mailing), Tarqbin and delivery services. Registered mailing, and services are encouraged as The Couture Crown will not be held responsible for any lost of goods.

For customization returns & exchanges the process is the same as all our ready stock. You can refer to “Returns & Exchanges” for more information.

We will send you an Email or WhatsApp notification to inform you once the order is in process.

For all customization you will receive it within an estimation of 3 weeks. However, do take note that if we have a large number of orders on hand, a longer period of time might be needed for the production of your product, and it might thus take a longer time for it to reach you.

Thereafter, how long the product takes to reach you depends on the mode of mailing you choose.

If the product you have received is not in good condition, kindly take a picture of the defected product and email it to yeah@thecouturecrown.com. Upon confirmation from us, you can proceed to mail it back for exchange at the following address:

We will process an exchange for you as soon as possible. Refunding services are available for products only when it is not possible to exchange. Please refer to “Refunds & Exchanges” for more information.

For customization order we provide bank transfer,Paypal, Debit/Credit card payment only. We offers cheque payment for order above SGD$1000.

Please refer to our “Measurements” for guide. If you have specific measurement do indicate in the email when you place the order.

If we didn’t fulfill our duration within 2-3 weeks, please understand that we are experiencing high volume orders. As stated in our terms & condition that customization order will be subjected to any delays due to overwhelming order. If you have any queries, please write in directly to us at yeah@thecouturecrown.com and we will be glad to assist you.

We will advise you accordingly when you send in your orders. Will definitely be glad to give you an enjoyable experiencing purchasing with The Couture Crown. We will give you the best benefit that we can offer.

Yes, we do provide wrapping and boxes for gifts. Do indicate for us in the email so we can advise you accordingly.

Sorry, meet-up services are NOT available. However, we can do exception if you need your order urgently. But you must be able to accommodate to our timing and location. Do note that if you opt for this option, you are flexible with us changing timing and location 1 hour in advance.

Yes, you can if your order is not yet in the midst of doing. However, if your order is already in progress of doing we are sorry that we are unable to change your order. Do note that we may process your order within 10 mins after your purchases.
